Appeal Boards - For Second Year (Common Courses)

Second Semester End Term Examination - October 2026
Students who have not met the attendance requirement to be eligible to sit for the Semester II end term examination, can make an appeal for reconsideration of their eligibility. Eligibility list will be published on 10.09.2026. After checking the published eligibility list, you can submit a request to the Appeal Board on or before 14.09.2026.

Appeals Boards are scheduled as below:

Please follow the instructions given below when making a request to the Appeal Board:

  • Log in to your user account

  • Go to Eligible Courses on the Examination Menu

  • Select the Examination (October 2026)

  • Click on View Qualified Courses

  • Go to the Disqualified Course List

  • Click on Submit Appeal in the relevant row of the course list


When attending the Appeals Board:

  1. Please bring all documentary evidences to justify your reasons for being unable to attend lectures.

  2. Ensure all medical certificates you wish to provide as evidence are certified by the Chief Medical Officer of the University.


    3. N.B. - Requests submitted to the Appeal Board after the above deadline will not be considered.
