To: Students Appearing for Their First Attempt at the Examination (Including Those Who Missed the Batch)

Dear Students,

The online registration for second-semester elective courses was open from 18.12.2025 to 23.12.2025 through the Examination System.

The details of students who have not properly registered for elective courses during the period are provided below. Kindly submit, through the respective Head of the Department, the necessary information regarding the courses that these students need to register for or withdraw from, before 15.01.2026.

Please note that any amendments related to elective courses must be communicated to the Examinations Unit exclusively through the respective Head of the Department. As such, individual requests submitted directly by students will not be entertained.

While every effort will be made to minimize delays during this process, please be informed that students who fail to complete their elective course registration properly may be deemed ineligible to sit for the First Semester End-Term Examination.
