Students who have not met the attendance requirement to be eligible to sit for the Semester II end term examination, can make an appeal for reconsideration of their eligibility. Eligibility list will be published on 31.01.2025. After checking the published eligibility list, you can submit a request to the Appeal Board on or before 02.11.2025.

Please follow the instructions given below when making a request to the Appeal Board:
 	 
Log in to your user account
Go to “Eligible Courses” on the “Examination”Menu
 
Select the Examination (December 2025)
Click on “View Qualified Courses”
Go to the Disqualified Course List
 
Click on “Submit Appeal” in the relevant row of the course list

When attending the Appeals Board:

Please bring all documentary evidences to justify your reasons for being unable to attend lectures.
Ensure all medical certificates you wish to provide as evidence are certified by the Chief Medical Officer of the University.

N.B.  – Requests submitted to the Appeal Board after the above deadline will not be considered.
